LAREDO, TX: The Laredo Bucks, of the Central Hockey League, place six players on waivers leading up to their season opening roster.
The Laredo Bucks trimmed down their training camp roster during the weekend. The following players have been placed on waivers: Kelly Miller (F), Nick Gigone (G), Chris Jones (F), Jordan Oye (F), Jeffrey Verreault (F), and Alex Morton (F). The Bucks roster currently has 20 remaining players. Two additional players will need to waived before the Bucks begin their regular season play.
The Bucks will begin their regular season on the road versus Arizona on Friday October 21st and Saturday October 22nd. Then the Bucks will return home for their regular season home opener on Friday October 28th where they will once again face-off against their rivals, the Rio Grande Killer Bees.
