Bucks, Doctors Hospital Toy Drive Thursday

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League, along with Doctors Hospital, will hold their annual toy drive on Thursday (Dec. 2nd) when the Bucks host Arizona at Laredo Energy Arena. Group tickets start at just $10, call 718-BUCK (2825) to order now.

Bring any new, unwrapped toy to the game that night and receive great Bucks prizes! The toys will be delivered to children at Doctors Hospital by Bucks players and several front office staff members.

"We have always receieved great support from the Laredo community for our toy drive and I know it will be no different this season," said Bucks President/General Manager and Head Coach Terry Ruskowski. "Making a difference in children's lives is a great feeling and we look forward to delivering all of the toys we collect on December 2nd."

Last season the Bucks and Doctors Hospital collected 157 toys that were delivered to the pediatric cancer patients at Doctors Hospital.

BUCKS' "BATTLE OF THE BANKS" DEC. 7th

On Tuesday December 7th the Bucks will hold their first-ever "Battle of the Banks" when Laredo hosts Texas at Laredo Energy Arena. Every bank in Laredo is invited to attend for a chance to be named the best bank! Banks at the game will be judged on attendance at the game, spirit, creativity and on-ice performance.
