Bucks Cisneros Named CHL Employee Of The Month

LAREDO, Texas - The Central Hockey League and the 2005 Southern Conference Champion Laredo Bucks announced today that Cindy Cisneros has been named the CHL Employee of the Month. Cisneros, who is in her second season working with the Bucks, is the second Laredo employee to be so honored this year. Cisneros, age 25, captured the monthly award that goes to the employee, nominated by their staff, who exemplifies the outstanding qualities upon which the CHL is based.
"Cindy has stepped in and done a terrific job as our Box Office Manager," Bucks President John Beckelhymer said. "Tickets are the lifeblood of the Bucks and for all professional organizations. She and her staff have met and exceeded every goal we have set in front of them this off season. She is very deserving of this award."
Cisneros, a Laredo native, was also part of the crew that was selected as the CHL Merchandiser of the Year at the CHL spring conference in Scottsdale, Arizona.
"I was in shock when I heard," Cisneros said. "This is really a reflection of our great sales team and the effort that they have put forth this off season. I would like to take this as a sign of future good news to come for our organization. We have put in a lot of hard work this off season in preparation for what will be a great 2005-06 season."
This is the second CHL Monthly honor this calendar year for the Bucks. Nicole Kulaks was selected as the CHL Employee of the Month in January.
Training camp for the Bucks will open the second week of October. The regular season will start on October 21st. The Bucks open at home on October 29th.
