
Bucks Can Tie Texas Again With Win Thursday

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League host the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees Thursday night (Feb 18) at the Laredo Entertainment Center. Game time is 7pm. Group tickets start at just $10, call 718-BUCK (2825) to order now! There will be another special season ticket holder raffle at Thursday's game against the Bees. The Bucks will announce what the special raffle will be later this week. You must be present at the game to win the raffle prize. As always the LEC, along with the Bucks will offer $2 beers all game long starting when the doors open at 6pm.

Laredo can move back into a third-place tie with Texas with a win over Rio Grande Valley Thursday night. The Bucks enter Thursday's game two points behind the Brahmas and six points ahead of Corpus Christi in the Southern Conference standings.
The Bucks will play the Bees for the third straight game Thursday.
Laredo looks to continue their success against Rio this season as the Bucks have yet to lose in regulation against the Bees (7-0-3). Seven of the 10 meetings between the Bucks and Bees this season have been one-goal affairs. The Bucks are 2-0-3 at home against the Bees this season with all five meetings ending in a shootout.
The Bucks and Bees will meet a total of seven times in the month of February with Laredo posting a 2-0-2 mark so far in the month. **
Laredo will start their fourth straight weekend three-in-three Thursday night. Starting the weekend of Jan 29th Bucks will play three games in three nights in seven straight weekends. In all, from January 29th-March 14th the Bucks will play 22 games in 44 days (10 home, 9 away). They are 5-3-2 in that span.
The Bees enter Thursday's game two points behind Corpus Christ for the fifth and final playoff spot in the South.

When the Bucks host Rio Grande Valley on Friday February 26th the first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC will receive a FREE Bucks/Bees "rivalry t-shirt". There will be a post-game skate following the rivalry game between the Bucks and Bees.
**GIVE BLOOD, PLAY HOCKEY FEB 27TH**
The Bucks will hold "Give Blood, Play Hockey" on Saturday February 27 at the LEC. The blood drive runs from 8am-7pm in the concourse of the arena. Everyone who donates blood will receive TWO FREE TICKETS to the game, along with many other gifts.
