Bryant named Pacific Conference Offensive Player of the Week

The Black Hills Red Dogs of the National Indoor Football League, NIFL, would like to announce the NIFL week 7 Pacific Conference Offensive Player of the Week âRed Dogs Quarterback Terrance Bryant.
Bryant a native of Miami, FL, helped lead the Red Dogs to their first win of the 2004 season against the Tri-City Diesel, 48-38, both on the ground and in the air. Bryant rushed for 103 total yards on 11 carries, scoring three touchdowns to boot. He also completed 25-of-32 passes for 156 yards and three touchdowns.
"It really feels good to be recognized and honored for going out and playing the game that I love," said Bryant when asked about the announcement from the league, "This is really just recognizing how great of a team effort everyone made, from the players, to the coaches, all the way to the front office staff. We really pulled together to get this win and it just happened to be me that was chosen to be recognized by the league, but really it's the whole team that deserves the honor."
The Red Dogs will be on the road for their next two games first in Sioux Falls to play the Storm and then traveling to face the Sioux City Bandits before returning home to Rapid City for four straight home games.
The Black Hills Red Dogs are in their fourth season in the NIFL and will play their next home game on Saturday, May 15th against the Wyoming Cavalry.
