
Bruins Fall to Blizzard 5-1

Austin Bruins News Release
The Austin Bruins were back in action at Riverside Arena as they faced off against the Alexandria Blizzard. The Blizzard started the scoring in the first period as Jordan Krebsbach scored on the power play. The Blizzard got their second of the night from Justin Moody. At the first intermission the Bruins trailed 2-0. The second period the Blizzard continued the scoring adding two more. At the end of two periods the Blizzard led 4-0 and outshot the Bruins 17-15. The final frame the Blizzard added the fifth goal of the contest. The Bruins added one before the end of the third. Colton Kramer tipped in a shot from Jake Flynn, Connor Quinn had an assist as well. The Blizzard beat Bruins 5-1 although being outshot 22-20. The Austin Bruins will be back in action tomorrow night as they battle the Alexandria Blizzard.
