In a game that saw Kenai River score the first goal by Jack Gessert (Kaszupski, Rudin) It also proved to not hold up as Fairbanks cored the next nine goals. The Bears couldn't seem to find an answe for Ice Dog Goalie Patrick Munson as he turned away 27 of 28 Brown Bear Shots.
The Brown Bears look to rebound Saturday in a rematch with the Ice Dogs at 7:30 PM AKST.
