Sioux Falls Storm News Release

United Indoor Football has announced that Storm center Yatarrie Brown has been added to the Western Conference All-Star team. The opening on the team was made due to an injury to fellow Storm offensive lineman Paul Keizer. Keizer and Storm quarterback Terrance Bryant have had nagging injuries that could require surgery and will keep them out of the All-Star game.

Brown started every game this season at center for the Storm. Brown joined the Storm this season after spending 2006 with the Peoria Roughriders of the UIF. Brown was a dominating offensive lineman at Concordia St. Paul where he was named to All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) First-Team as well as Don Hansen's Football Gazette All-Region Second Team in 2005. Brown was also named to the Daktronics All-Region Second Team.

The UIF's inaugural All-Star game will be played on Saturday, August 18 at the US Cellular Coliseum, home of the Bloomington Extreme. The other Storm players that will participate in the event are defensive end Nate Fluit, linebacker Mark Blackburn, safety Justin Landis, defensive end Leif Murphy, running back Marques Smith, and wide reciever Leon Hall Jr.
