
Brachold, Lincoln Named Can-Am League Players Of The Week

DURHAM, NC - The official statistician of the Can-Am League, PA-Sportsticker, has selected Brockton Rox OF Keith Brachold and Sussex Skyhawks LHP Roger Lincoln as the Teamline Direct Batter and Pitcher of the Week.
Brachold batted .333 with three home runs and 10 RBI in six games. The Franklin, MA resident scored eight runs, collected nine hits, slugged .778 and had on-base percentage of .400. In Monday's 8-5 victory over the American Defenders of New Hampshire, Brachold went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI. Currently, the 26-year-old is hitting .283 with 15 home runs, 65 RBI and 66 runs scored.
Lincoln tossed a complete game in the 8-0 win over New Hampshire in game two of the doubleheader Friday. The Northford, CT resident allowed two walks and three hits while fanning two batters. Lincoln finished the season 6-7 with an earned run average of 5.14 in 18 starts.
