ABBOTSFORD BC - The Abbotsford Heat is pleased to announce that Lance Bouma has been recalled to the Calgary Flamesplease review the Flames release below.

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that forward Lance Bouma has been recalled from the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League. He will report to Calgary and join the team on Friday, February 4th.

Bouma, a native of Provost, AB, is playing in his rookie professional season with the Heat. In 49 games he has recorded 11 goals and 8 assists for 19 points and 49 penalty minutes. Bouma leads the Heat with 5 powerplay goals and is tied with teammate Greg Nemisz in goals (11) as a rookie on the club. Bouma was Calgary's 3rd round pick (78th overall) in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
