
Boucher joins Patroons

Albany, NY - February 16, 2007 - The Patroons most recent CBA transaction includes the signing of G Jason Boucher.
Boucher, a 5'10" guard, comes to the Patroons from the 2007 Battle Creek Knights of the International Basketball League (IBL). Boucher graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2004, where he set the GVSU single season record for steals, at 80.
Jason began his professional career in Germany in 2005. Next he signed with the Grand Rapids Flight during 2005 where he averaged 15 pts. and 6 assists pergame and was named an IBL All-Star that first season with the Grand Rapids. Boucher then spent time with the Michigan Mayhem of the CBA, where was among the CBA league leaders in assists, three pointers, free throw % and steals.
Boucher will wear jersey number four tonight as he joins T.J. Thompson and the Patroons when they play against the Minot Skyrockets.
