Boston Breakers News Release

WATERTOWN, Mass. - The Boston Breakers announced today that Sports and Physical Therapy Associates will become the official physical therapy partner of the team.

The Boston-based Sports and Physical Therapy Associates is a group of physical therapists devoted to providing the community with the most up-to-date injury detection, post-injury rehab, and sports specific training in the New England area.

As the official physical therapy partner of the Boston Breakers, Sports and Physical Therapy Associates will provide physical therapy and massage therapy to the Boston Breakers players throughout the season.

"I'm very happy to be bringing in such a professional group to take care of our players. We have focused on a new medical and sports performance team this year, and I could not be happier than with what we have in place. Adding SPTA to the mix really elevates the care we provide our players," Boston Breakers general manager Lee Billiard said. "SPTA is a leader in their field, and have many locations across the state, one being inside our strength and conditioning building - Stadium Performance, in Dedham - which makes perfect sense."
