Bonner Inks Deal with Bandits

San Angelo - The San Angelo Bandits are pleased to announce the signing of Assistant Coach Mike Bonner. Bonner, who is no stranger to the indoor football game will be entering his seventh season coaching professional indoor football and will be assuming the responsibilities of Offensive Coordinator in his first season with the Bandits.

In 2015, Bonner, served as the Offensive Assistant for the Green Blizzard (IFL) where he was instrumental in architecting a wide open offense that produced three different receivers that scored 10 or more touchdowns.

Bonner's body of work includes coaching stints with the Laredo Rattlesnakes, the Iowa Blackhawks, Sioux City Bandits, Richmond Revolution and The Alabama Outlawz. 

"Mike is a very dynamic coach with an innovated offensive mindset that I find refreshing. Mike's offense scheme is one that our receivers are going to love and will keep our Bandits fans on their feet" said General Manager Meadow Lemon.
