
Bob Evans is new Buck-a-Brat partner

COLUMBUS, Ohio (Wednesday, March 29) -The Columbus Crew's famous Buck-A-Brat Nights will return to Crew Stadium for an eighth season and kick into high gear on Wednesday, June 21, when The Crew takes on the New England Revolution at 7:30 p.m.
All game long, and throughout the stadium, juicy, full-size bratwurst will be sold for just $1, as they have been for all regular-season Wednesday home games since Crew Stadium opened in 1999. Thanks to The Crew's new multi-year partnership, Bob Evans will present each Buck-A-Brat Night and provide tasty bratwurst for all Crew home games.
Additional Buck-A-Brat Nights for this season have been scheduled for Wednesday, July 19 vs. New York Red Bulls at 7:30 p.m., and on Wednesday, August 16, vs. Real Salt Lake at 7:30 p.m.
"Wednesday home games at Crew Stadium have become synonymous with Buck-a-Brat Nights," said Crew General Manager Mark McCullers. "We are extremely pleased to announce our new relationship with Bob Evans Farms, a great community partner and well-respected brand."
Over the first 23 events, involving every regular-season Wednesday home game since 1999 (plus one international match, two U.S. Open Cup matches and the 2002 U.S. Open Cup Final), an average of 13,160 juicy, full-size bratwursts have been sold for just $1 each.

Entering the 2006 season, the all-time Brats-Per-Person (BPP) Ratio is a staggering .942, meaning that 942 brats are consumed for every 1,000 people in attendance - or nearly one per person!
A total of 302,680 brats have been consumed in the seven-year Buck-A-Brat Night history.
