
Bluefish home for nine more season games

Bridgeport, CT - September 5th, 2006 - The Bridgeport Bluefish, like many Connecticut residents, have recently fallen victim to the severe weather conditions that have been plaguing the Northeast. Rain, thunder, lighting, wind, or any combination of the four, have caused to Bluefish to cancel three games in just the past two weeks.
In light of this, the Bluefish would like to remind all fans with rain out tickets that their defunct tickets can be exchanged for any regular season home game in 2006.
The Bluefish have just nine home games left before the start of the playoffs. They will be playing a three game series against the Newark Bears starting September 12th and then their last two series' are against the Barnstormers and the Patriots from the 19th through the 24th.
Playoff tickets for the Bluefish are currently on sale. Tickets to all home games are available at the Bridgeport Bluefish box office on 500 Main Street in Bridgeport, CT (345-4800 ext. 150), or via the website at www.bridgeportbluefish.com.
