Wilmington, DE - Baseball America has released its annual Top 10 Prospects list for the Kansas Royals, and it includes quite a few familiar faces for Blue Rocks fans. In fact, all of the top nine links in the Royals' chain have worn the Wilmington uniform over just the last two seasons, including the system's top-ranked prospect, Eric Hosmer. The 10th-ranked chip, outfielder Brett Eibner, has been forecasted by multiple outlets as a likely Blue Rock in 2011.

3. Mike Moustakas, 3B

4. John Lamb, LHP

5. Michael Montgomery, LHP

6. Christian Colon, SS

7. Danny Duffy, LHP

8. Chris Dwyer, LHP

9. Aaron Crow, RHP

10. Brett Eibner, OF

The publication also announced its "Best Tools" list on the Kansas City farm. Yet again, former Blue Rocks make up the vast majority of the names.

Best Strike-Zone Discipline: Wil Myers

Fastest Baserunner: Jarrod Dyson

Best Slider: Aaron Crow

Best Changeup: John Lamb

Best Control: John Lamb

Best Defensive Catcher: Salvador Perez

Best Infield Arm: Mike Moustakas

Best Defensive Outfielder: Jarrod Dyson

Finally, the publication projected the 2014 lineup for the Major League club and had former Blue Rocks at every position but left field, DH and closer.
