
Bloomington Player, Coach Suspended

ROCHESTER, MI--- The International Hockey League (IHL) announced Saturday the following suspension resulting from player actions during IHL Game #249, Bloomington @ Quad City, on Thursday, April 8th.
Bloomington head coach Jarrod Skalde has been suspended two (2) games for his actions during Thursday's game. The suspension is being issued as a result of an accumulation of game misconducts in the "other" category. Skalde will be ineligible to coach the following games:
IHL Game #255, Bloomington @ Quad City, Saturday, April 10th
IHL Game #260, Bloomington @ Flint, Friday, April 16th
In addition, Bloomington defenseman Cole Ruwe has been issued a one (1) game suspension for his actions during Thursday's game. The suspension is being issued under Rule 29 (Supplementary Discipline) as a result of the boarding major issued. Ruwe will be ineligible to participate in IHL Game #255, Bloomington @ Quad City, Saturday, April 10th.
