ORLAND PARK, IL â The US National Development U-17 Team lost its second game at the NAHL Windy City Showcase to the Minnesota Blizzard of the NAHL West Division.
Defenseman Mike Stuart (Rome, NY) scored the lone goal for the U-17 team. Stuart scored on a power play at 8:00 of the first period with assists going to Chad Morin (Auburn, NY) and Jason Lawrence (Saugus, MA).
Billy Blase (Santa Monica, CA) made 25 saves allowing only a power play and even strength goal.
