
Blizzard Add Two Offensive Additions

Green Bay has signed offensive lineman Jovaun Woolford. Originally from Des Plaines, Illinois, Woolford spent five years playing collegiate football at Colgate University in New York, where he majored in Africana and Latin American Studies. Woolford earned numerous conference awards during his time with the Raiders, including being named to the 2017 All-Patriot League First Team. He then attended Rice University in Houston as a graduate student and was named to the 2020 and 2021 All-Conference USA Honorable Mention team. Woolford also received an invite to participate in the 2023 XFL Draft.
The Green Bay Blizzard have signed wide receiver Keith Pearson, Jr. Pearson hails from Enoree, South Carolina and began his collegiate career at Presbyterian College, where he set numerous school receiving records. He was an American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) All-America selection and a finalist for the Walter Payton Award, given each year to the most outstanding offensive player in FCS football. Pearson finished his career as a graduate student at UNC-Charlotte, appearing in 11 games and catching three touchdowns. Pearson also received an invite to participate in the 2023 XFL Draft.
