
Blitz to Host 2007 Football Camp

BAKERSFIELD, CA - The Bakersfield Blitz are excited to announce that the 2007 Blitz Football camps are just around the corner.
At the Football Camp, boys and girls (ages 8-14) will have the opportunity to learn football skills such as passing, receiving, kicking and blocking from Blitz players and coaches. The camp fee includes a free ticket to the Bakersfield Blitz game on July 14th. Some of the players expected to participate include: WR Rennard Reynolds (Alcorn State, '01), OL Leo Sullivan (Stony Brook, '05), QB Dan Riley (Quincy (IL), '05), DB Paul Cannings (Tarleton State, '04), OL Wil Goff (Redlands, '03), WR/DB Will Warren ('02) and DB Brian Green (Miles College, '05).
Date: July 9-12
Time: 8:00-11:00 a.m.
Location: Silver Creek Park (7011 Harris Rd.)
Fee: $70 for Camp and Blitz Game (7/14)
Ages: 8-14 years

The Bakersfield Blitz will travel to Boise to take on the Burn on Saturday, July 7th at 6:00 p.m. You can watch the game live on B2 Networks for a pay-per-view fee of $6. The team will return home for the final two regular season home games on Saturday, July 14th against Everett and Saturday, July 21st against Stockton.
