Blitz Take on Central Valley Coyotes in Battle of Highway 99 Part II

BAKERSFIELD - The Blitz will face the Central Valley Coyotes in the Battle of Highway 99 Part II on Saturday, May 27. Kick off is set for 7:30 p.m. at Selland Arena in Fresno.

The Blitz met with one of their biggest rivals and returned home from Fresno with a 38-28 victory over the Coyotes on April 15. Now the Blitz are working toward another victory in game two of the three game series.

Currently, the Bakersfield Blitz are in second place in the af2 National West Division as they enter their ninth week of the 2006 season. The Blitz stand with an overall record of 5-2 and rated as the number one defense in the af2.

For this Saturday, the game will be broadcasted live on KERN-AM 1410 with host, Puck Whitnack. All other games are broadcasted on it's usually station, KGEO AM 1230.
