January 25, 2010 - Western Hockey League (WHL)
Saskatoon Blades News Release
Saskatoon Blades forward Curtis Hamilton (Kelowna, BC) underwent shoulder surgery yesterday to repair a broken collarbone and will be out of the lineup for the remainder of the season.
The third-year left winger compiled 7 goals and 9 assists for 16 points prior to suffering a fractured collarbone during the Subway Super Series on November 26th in Kelowna. Hamilton returned to the ice January 22nd versus the Kootenay Ice after a 21-game absence only to suffer another collarbone fracture of the same bone, but in a different location, that night.
