
Black Wolves Name Team Captains

UNCASVILLE, Conn. - The New England Black Wolves have named Brett Manney team captain while Stephan Leblanc and John LaFontaine will serve as assistant captains.
Manney has served as assistant captain for the previous three seasons. This will be the first time wearing a letter as members of the Black Wolves for Leblanc and LaFontaine, both of whom joined the franchise last season.
"Brett, John and Steph will provide balanced and professional leadership to our group," Black Wolves head coach Glenn Clark said. "All three prepare and play the game the right way and are excellent examples for our young players to learn from. As a coaching staff, you want players that conduct themselves as professionals and understand the importance of a team first approach. We have that in these three players and are excited to get started."
The Black Wolves will open the 2018-19 season in Georgia on December 15 and will return home to Mohegan Sun are on December 28 at 7:30 p.m. against the Saskatchewan Rush.
