
Bismarck Hands Wilderness Second Home Loss

Hunter Shepard made 31 saves as the Bobcats picked up a big 3-2 road win in Cloquet against the Wilderness. It was the first loss in regulation for the Wilderness since November 8th. Bismarck did it on the strength of three, 3rd period goals. The Wilderness had taken a 1-0 lead early in the 2nd period on a goal from Billy Exell. The Bobcats exploded for three goals in the 3rd period from JM Piotrowski, Alex Strand, and the game-winner from Evan Giesler with 2:48 remaining. Dan Litchke had the other goal for the Wilderness.
