Bighorns Continue Playoff Push With Sunday Showdown Against Springfield

RENO, Nev.- Trailing Utah by just 1.5 games for the final playoff spot, the Reno Bighorns return home Sunday to square-off against the Springfield Armor at 5 p.m., offering fans $1 hot dogs on another Family Feast Day in the Reno Events Center.

Coached by former Celtic great Dee Brown, the expansion Springfield Armor will be making its first trip to Reno on Sunday evening. Like every Sunday contest throughout the season, this Sunday's special 5 p.m. tip-off time will feature $1 hot dogs throughout the evening.

Sunday is also Youth Basketball Day, featuring a game-before-the-game on the Bighorns court between Our Lady of the Snow and Quincy Middle Schools beginning at 2:30 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m., and the game is free with a ticket to the 5 p.m. Bighorns game.

Single-game tickets start at just $7, with group rates starting at $6 per ticket. Also, special mini-plans are available for the second half of the Bighorns season. The NBA Development League, founded in 2001, is the NBA's official minor league whose teams have direct affiliations to NBA franchises.
