
Bighorns Acquire Mikki Moore

RENO, NV, November 23, 2012 - The Reno Bighorns have acquired center Mikki Moore, the team announced today. He was acquired from a trade along with Mohamed Fall with the Idaho Stampede for Steven Pledger.
Veteran player Mikki Moore returns to the league after the 2011-2012 season with the Golden State Warriors. During the 2011-2012 season Moore averaged 11 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game. Moore played collegiately at Nebraska and left as the all-time leader in blocked shots. He then went undrafted in the 1997 NBA Draft, but since has played for nine different NBA teams, including the Bighorns affiliate team the Sacramento Kings (2007-2009).
Moore is expected to be in uniform as the Bighorns take on the Sioux Falls Skyforce for the second of two back-to-back games tonight in Sioux Falls. The game can be seen live and for free on nbadleague.com via Youtube.
