In the Spirit of Minor League Baseball, the Surf Dawgs are Connecting Players and Fans
The San Diego Surf Dawgs will be auctioning off the opportunity to hang out with your favorite Surf Dawgs player at a post game BBQ August 21st. There will be 13 players auctioned off between innings throughout the baseball game Saturday, August 13th.
This function gives our loyal Surf Dawgs fans a way to converse and have fun with their favorite Surf Dawgs off of the field. Fans will be encouraged to try and get to know the Surf Dawgs players; hopefully making a few friends in the process. The San Diego Surf Dawgs would like to give the players and fans a night of entertainment and memories.
"This is a way to thank the players and fans who have made the Inaugural Season of the San Diego Surf Dawgs a great success," said Juliana Paoli, San Diego Surf Dawgs General Manager. "Our players and staff are excited about this event, this is another opportunity to bring fans closer to the players and continue to create lasting memories."
The proceeds will be going to the San Diego Surf Dawgs Players Fund. There will be a minimum bid of $5 for the auction. This event will coincide with "Singles Night," however this auction is not a match maker service. This event is an opportunity for the Surf Dawgs community to get to know them and have some fun.
