
BHS graduate Glover, three others added to Extreme roster

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. - Bloomington High School graduate Preston Glover has been added to the Bloomington Extreme indoor football team's 25-man active roster for Saturday's game against Ohio Valley at 7:05 p.m. in United Football League action at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.
Glover, a 5-foot-10, 190-pound defensive back, was a standout at BHS prior to his graduation in 2002. He continued his playing career at Quincy College before an injury his senior year sidelined him in 2005.
Extreme coach Ted Schmitz also announced the signing of defensive back James Temple from Illinois State, along with linebacker Will Bailey and offensive lineman Brett Tobin. Both played in college last season at Western Illinois.
The trio is not on the 25-man active roster this week. The Extreme also waived place-kicker Doug Higgins with the return of veteran kicker Peter Christofilakos and running back George Wilson from the active roster. Both remain on the inactive roster
