Bernard's Goals Lead Jacks to 5-2 Win

(Rio Rancho, NM) - Kenny Bernard shined in his eighth game of the season in a Jackalopes uniform scoring the first two goals of the game and propelling the Jacks to a 5-2 win over the Scorpions on Wednesday night at the Santa Ana Star Center. It was the first two goals of the season for Bernard.

In the third period Mario Joly deflected a Russ Moyer shot to give the Jacks a 4-2 lead, and Mike Ramsay added the Jacks fifth goal off a face off win by Kory Karlander.

Alexandre Vincent picked up his second straight win in as many starts after returning to the lineup over the weekend. Collin Circelli scored a goal for the Jacks in the second period.

The Jackalopes end their rodeo road trip going 6-3-1 over the 10-game stretch. They return home on Friday for a 7:05 PM game against the New Mexico Scorpions.
