Bees Announce 2016 Promotional Schedule

(New Britain, Conn.) - New Britain Bees management today announced the promotional schedule for the 2016 Inaugural Bees season.
Each Bees home game will be highlighted by a promotion, with weekly promotions taking place throughout the season. Fans will have the opportunity to win $20,000 with their Driver's License on Match Game Mondays, purchase buy one, get one free tickets on Two-Fer Tuesdays (online only on the day of the game), participate in a chance to win $10,000 during the game on Winning Inning Wednesday and enjoy great discounts on domestic beer on Thirsty Thursday. On Foul Pole Fridays, a lucky fan can win $50,000 if a Bees player hits a home run off either foul pole, while Social Media Saturday can turn selfies into a great Bees prize pack. Sunday is Hardware City Family Fun-Day, and New Britain Stadium will host families for pregame autographs and a postgame Kids Run the Bases!
The Bees will also host giveaways throughout the season, including a 2016 Collector's Pin set giveaway on six nights throughout the year, a schedule poster giveaway on April 22nd, and a Stan Cliburn Fan Face giveaway on May 13th. New Britain will also have seven pyrotechnic displays and six fireworks displays during the year. In addition, the Bees will host a number of event nights, including Pink in the Park presented by CT Breast Health Initiative on April 24th, Polish Heritage Night on May 14th, Children's Book Afternoon & Children's Book Drive Sponsored by River Valley Wealth Management on May 15th, Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Night on May 20th, an appearance by Red Sox Hall of Famer Bernie Carbo on June 9th, Bumble with the Bees Night on July 8th, Little League Night on July 20th, and Strike Out Cancer Night on September 16th. Finally, the Bees will play 10:35 AM School Day games on April 27th, May 5th and May 26th and a special 12:05 PM Camp Day game on August 4th.

? Monday: $20K Match Game Mondays
o Fans will attempt to match the last six (6) digits of their driver's
license against the VIN of a featured vehicle. If they match, that lucky
fan will win $20,000!
? Tuesday: Two-fer Tuesdays
o Fans purchasing tickets to any Tuesday home game can receive a
special buy one, get one free offer by entering the promo code
"BOGO" when buying tickets online the day of the game (max four
total tickets per transaction)
? Wednesday: Winning Inning Wednesdays
o Throughout each Wednesday home game, the Bees will designate a
specific occurrence during each inning. If the event occurs during that
inning, one lucky fan will win $10,000! Simply sign up at the Bees
Ticket Window on the concourse to be eligible to win.
? Thursday: Thirsty Thursdays
o The Sam Adams Rooftop Bar will be open to all fans and feature
drink specials, including half price domestics all night long!
? Friday: Foul Pole Fridays
o If a Bees player hits a home run off of one of the foul poles during a
Friday home game, one lucky fan will win $50,000!
? Saturday: Social Media Saturdays
o The hottest ticket in town just got hotter thanks to you. Be the star of
the show all night long and tag your ballpark selfies with the hashtag
"#NewTradition" - winners will be picked, re-posted on official
team social media accounts, and rewarded with unique Bees prizes!
? Sunday: Hardware City Family Fun-Days
o New Britain Stadium is the place to bring the whole family on
Sundays! Prior to the game, fans will be invited onto the field for an
autograph session with the Bees. After the game, kids (and kids at
heart) can take the field and Run the Bases!
