Bees Announce 2008 Ticket Pricing and Promotional Schedule

Salt Lake City (March 22, 2008) - Tickets are on sale now for the 2008 Salt Lake Bees baseball season at TicketMaster outlets including www.slbees.com, select Albertsons and Macy's Stores, FYE at Provo Towne Center, Thanksgiving Point or by calling (801) 325-SEAT. The Franklin Covey Field box office opens on March 31.

"This is our most exciting Bees season yet and we look forward to bringing classic baseball and family fun to all of our fans," said Bees general manager Marc Amicone. "We are committed to providing a well-rounded, exciting experience once fans enter through the gates at Franklin Covey Field."

In addition to single game tickets, the Bees will continue to offer two season passes. The Family Pass* ($199) admits a household to all 72 home games. The Student Pass* ($35) can be purchased by any student currently in enrolled in elementary school, middle school, high school or college and is good for admission to all 72 home games.

Other ticket packages offered include group tickets and picnics, birthday parties, ticket vouchers, 12-game packages and luxury suites. For specific benefits included in these packages, please log on to www.slbees.com or call 325-BASE.

To kick off the 2008 promotional schedule, AIG is giving away magnetic schedules April 11. Other giveaways during the season include, children and adult T-shirts courtesy of Zero Fatalities, fleece blankets courtesy of US Bank, batting helmets courtesy of Zions Bank, duffle bags courtesy of Utah Highway Safety Office and Zero Fatalities and a Bees baseball card set courtesy of The Truth.

Among this season's weekday promotions are Harmon's Family Night on Mondays where fans can purchase single tickets for $3, Cheez-It 2-for-1 tickets on Tuesdays (with proof of purchase) and Thirsty Thursdays where all beverages are $2.50. The Bees will also feature The Famous Chicken entertainment act on June 21.

There are nine Bees games with fireworks this season including May 23, June 14, July 4, July 5, July 24, July 25, July 26, August 22 and August 23. Fireworks are presented by Prestige Financial, Larry H. Miller Chevrolet, Larry H. Miller Honda, Larry H. Miller Ford, Champion Ford and Larry H. Miller Collision Centers respectively.
