Beauts Community Events Include 'Story Time' with Buie & Bustad, Pumpkin Farm, Trick-Or-Treating

The 2019-20 Buffalo Beauts are dedicated to doing their part to support community events and promote professional women's hockey in WNY. In the next two weeks alone, the Beauts are participating in the following:

Oct. 26, 1-3 p.m. - Beauts at The Great Pumpkin Farm: This Saturday, Beauts players Kelsey Neumann, Maddie Norton, Iveta Klimášová, Lenka Čurmová, Ashley Birdsall, Ana Orzechowski and Meg Delay will attend "The Great Pumpkin Farm" on Main St. in Clarence. There will be a corn maze, pumpkin decorating, face painting, a petting zoo and, um, a paintball train ride where you get to shoot at zombies.

The event is for kids and adults alike. The Beauts will be in their jerseys and available for autographs and photographs. For more information, visit

Oct. 30: "Galleria of Treats" Trick or Treating: Select players will be on hand at a special Beauts station throughout the day at the Galleria Mall to hand out candy and sign autographs for trick-or-treaters in the mall. The mall has created the event as a safe option for youngsters and their families to trick-or-treat.

 Nov. 5, 10-11 a.m. - "Toddler Story Time" at the Buffalo History Museum: Corinne Buie and Sara Bustad of the Beauts will be the special celebrity guests at the Buffalo History Museum's monthly "Toddler Story Time." Buie and Bustad will be in their Beauts jerseys and will read to children 2-4 years old. Visit
