
Bears Thank Fans after Home Finale Rained Out

(Newark, N.J., Sept. 12, 2010) - The Newark Bears and Camden Riversharks were rained out on Sunday afternoon at Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium. The game was the home season finale for the Bears in 2010.
There is currently no scheduled makeup for the game.
The Bears will be back at Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium in 2011, ready to bring the fans and families the best baseball action and the most affordable summer entertainment around. The Bears wish to thank each and every fan for their support this season and look forward to sharing another great season next year. The Bears take to the road to close out the 2010 season with a seven-game road trip, beginning with a three games at the Lancaster Barnstormers. Game time is set for 6:30 p.m. at Clipper Magazine Stadium on Monday. Fans can tune into all the action on www.newarkbears.com with Dvaid Greenwald providing the play-by-play.
