Newark, NJ â Thursday, June 26, 2002 â Tonight's scheduled game between the Bridgeport Bluefish and the Newark Bears has been canceled due to the weather. The two teams will instead play a double header tomorrow evening beginning at 5:05 pm, with both games being scheduled for seven innings.
The Glacier Mountain Diamond Dig Presented by Littman Jewelers that was supposed to have taken place tonight has been rescheduled for July 19th. Tickets for tonight's game can be redeemed at the Bears Box Office for any of their remaining home games during the 2002 regular season
