
BayHawks Wrap Up Road Trip With Win

ERIE - The NBA Development League Erie BayHawks wrapped up their opening five game road trip winning big over the Dakota Wizards, 102 to 87. The BayHawks finished the trip with a 3 -2 record.
The BayHawks used a strong transition game to run up a lead of 23 points at one point in the third quarter. Erik Daniels again led the BayHawks with a double-double scoring 26 points and hauling down 12 rebounds.
The BayHawks (3-2) will return to Erie for their home opener versus the Iowa Energy (4-0), Thursday, December 11, at 7 p.m. The first 1000 fans through the gate will receive a pair of Thundersticks courtesy of the BayHawks and Yourerie.com; and The Cleveland Cavalier Girls dance team will greet fans and perform throughout the evening.
The game can be heard on Fox Sportsradio the Fan 1330 AM.
Home opening weekend will continue with back to back games against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Saturday December 13 and Sunday, December 14 at the Tullio Arena. Individual game tickets for all of the BayHawks home games are on sale at the Tullio Arena box office or by phone at 452-4857.
