
BayHawks Tipoff 2009 NBA Development League Playoffs

Erie BayHawks News Release
ERIE- The 2009 NBA Development League playoffs will begin on Tuesday, April 14 in Broomfield, Colorado, when the Erie BayHawks take on the top-seeded Colorado 14ers, tipoff set for 9 PM. The 14ers selected the seventh seeded BayHawks as their first round opponent, a right the team earned by finishing the season with the best overall record, and capturing the Southwest Division Championship.
Fans can follow the BayHawks road through the playoffs on the live video stream via the NBA Futurecast link on ErieBayHawks.com or by tuning into WJET 1400 AM with the pregame set for 8:45 PM.
Dates and times for the single-elimination second round, which will be hosted by the team with the better regular season record, have yet to be determined and will be announced as soon as they are available.
The NBA D-League Finals will tip off following the conclusion of the second round and will begin on the home floor of the team with the worse regular season record while the team with the better regular season record will host game two, and if necessary, game three.
