BattleWings set to announce local player signing

BOSSIER CITY, LA (October 29, 2007)-The Bossier-Shreveport BattleWings will be introducing a new member of the 2008 roster-recently assigned the team by the af2 league office-at tonight's Fall Football Fan Fest at CenturyTel Center.

"I believe this guy is going to be an impact player," said head coach Jon Norris. "Local football fans will recognize the name from seeing him play high school and college ball around here."

The Fall Football Fan Fest kicks off at 6:00 PM with trick-or-treating for the kids and events will include a jersey auction in addition to the player introduction. The BattleWings' Fall Football Fan Fest is open to the public.
