Battle Creek to face Dayton for IBL title

Battle Creek, Michigan-Battle Creek Knights will host the inaugural International Basketball League all star game and championship game on Saturday, July 9th, at the Kellogg Arena. The IBL all star game would begin at 6 p.m. featuring players from both the east and west division. The IBL championship game featuring the (15-1) Dayton Jets and the (20-0) Battle Creek Knights professional basketball teams would start approximately at 8 p.m.
"The Battle Creek Knights are very excited to host these two International Basketball League marquee events to cap off our inaugural season," said David Darkey, Knights general manager.
Current season ticket holders will have their seats on hold to purchase until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6th, 2005. Tickets are $10 for reserve seat tickets for these two games combined on the evening of July 9th. Tickets are available at the Kellogg Arena box office, across from Full Blast, at 269-965-3308 and the Battle Creek Knights professional basketball team offices, (McCamly Place), at 269-965-5001.
