Battle Creek Knights News Release


1. Silver Leaf Renaissance Faire-Battle Creek Knights Event, Sunday, March 26

The Silver Leaf Renaissance Faire and the Battle Creek Knights are teaming up on Sunday, March 26, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. to host a festive Faire event and an exciting scrimmage game to preview the 2006 Knights team. This gala event will be held at the Battle Creek Central High School Athletic Field House.

"The Knights are excited to welcome the Silver Leaf Renaissance Faire to Calhoun County and partner with them on their first event of the 2006 year," said Scott Niecko, co-owner, Battle Creek Knights Professional Basketball. 2.Devil Rays-Knights Ticket Package Special for Saturday - April 8

The Southwest Michigan Devil Rays Professional Baseball Team and the Battle Creek Knights Professional Basketball Team are partnering up to offer an opportunity on Saturday April 8th to watch the Devil Rays in the daytime and the Knights at night. The Devil Rays home game is at 2:05 p.m. at C.O. Brown Stadium and the Knights home is at 7:15 p.m. at Kellogg Arena that date. According to Scott Niecko, co-owner, Battle Creek Knights Professional Basketball, "This is an opportunity for sports enthusiasts in the Battle Creek community to see two great sporting events on the same day at a great price." The ticket package is $10 (includes tickets to both games) and will be available to purchase starting Monday, March 20th, at either the Devil Rays/C.O.
