A Day Off?: Not for the Orlando Seals once Thursday rolls around. The Seals will have games in four straight days (the first of two times this season). The Seals host the Alabama Slammers in their first home game since December 26th, on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. The Seals travel to Lakeland on Friday to meet the Loggerheads at 7:05 p.m., will return home to take on the Jacksonville Barracudas Saturday at 7:35 p.m., and then wrap up the busy week with a Sunday afternoon contest at TD Waterhouse Centre at 4:05.

Did You See That?: All Seals home games are now available on streaming video at www.IRN.FM. And all Seals broadcasts are available with an audio broadcast at www.IRN.FM. In arena broadcasts of all Seals games are available on FM 96.7.

Close Calls: The Seals have now played six straight one goal games. They defeated Lakeland 6-5 in a shootout on New Year's Eve, lost a 2-1 shootout at Jacksonville, and then defeated Macon, 2-1 in regulation time. Eleven of the Seals last 13 games have been decided by one goal, and Orlando has gone 10-1-2 in that stretch.

Ouch: The Seals placed Simon Duplessis on injured reserve after he took a severe hit on New Year's Eve. The Seals then activated Jessy Berube from their taxi squad, and he played in Jacksonville and Macon.

Great Gover: Goaltender David Goverde picked up his 12th win of the year at Macon, double the number of wins of any other goaltender in the league. Goverde also tops the league with a 2.65 goals against average and a .922 save percentage.
