ROCHESTER, NY - Today is Day 23 of Baseball Month in Rochester. The Red Wings yesterday wrapped up Frontier Field's 22-day homestand to start the month. There are no games scheduled at the downtown ballpark until Monday, when the Empire State Yankees play host to Toledo (Tigers). Despite the break in action, mascot Spikes continues his pledge to make an appearance during each of the 31 days of Baseball Month in Rochester. Here are today's details and yesterday's recap:
