
Barracudas to host Flash in Division Match-Up

HIDALGO, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Barracudas will host Monterrey Flash in a Southwest Division game for the second game of the home stand. The Barracudas will reach the middle of the season looking to climb up the standings.
It is the third of fourth meetings between the sides as the Barracudas continue the home stretch that will feature two divisional tilts and two western conference games.
The Barracudas are counting on Ismael Pineda, Moises Gonzalez, Diego Rodriguez, and Antonio Manfut to contribute on the offense at home where they score an average of 7 goals per game as they look to continue to close in on third place Sonora in the Southwest Division standings. RGV will also have the Vicente Matias Vuoso on the roster.
Monterrey Flash will bring a several players and their head coach Mariano Bollella that have ties to the Rio Grande Valley and a balanced attack to Hidalgo as Erick Flores and Carlos Farias pace the Flash offense which is ranked 1st in the power play.
