
Bandits Sign Lintner to Two-Year Contract

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed forward Dan Lintner to a two-year contract.
After the Bandits acquired him from the Rochester Knighthawks in February, Lintner (5'9", 185 lbs., 9/15/1992) recorded four points (2+2) and recovered six loose balls in two games with Buffalo in 2019-20. In 11 total games during the season, he tallied 21 points (7+14) and 36 loose balls, setting a career-high mark with 1.3 assists per game.
A Courtice, Ontario native, Lintner spent his first four NLL seasons with the Toronto Rock before splitting the 2019-20 season between Rochester and Buffalo. Through five NLL seasons, he has totaled 128 career points (69+59) and recorvered 209 loose balls in 64 regular-season games. He also recorded six points (3+3) in five career postseason contests with the Rock.
Prior to beginning his professional career, Lintner played four seasons of collegiate lacrosse at Cornell University, recording 96 points (88+8) in 51 games with the Big Red. He set career highs in goals (47), assists (5) and points (52) in 2014 to earn Second-Team All-Ivy honors.
