B-Sens Team with MDA for Seventh Annual Spaghetti on Ice

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they will team up with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) for the seventh annual Spaghetti on Ice event on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Arena (2-8 Hawley Street, Binghamton).

B-Sens players will spend the evening serving spaghetti dinners to patrons, competing for tips and socializing with guests.

The players will wear special MDA Spaghetti on Ice jerseys while serving, which will then be auctioned off live at the conclusion of the event.

Tickets are on sale now at the MDA's Binghamton office located at 1249 Upper Front Street. Tickets are $18 for singles and $70 for a family-four pack. Children age five and under enter free at the door.

To date the event has helped raise over $52,000 for the MDA.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a voluntary health agency - a dedicated partnership between scientists and concerned citizens aimed at conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans. MDA combats neuromuscular diseases through programs of worldwide research, comprehensive medical and community services, and far-reaching professional and public health education.
