Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI- The Milwaukee Admirals are proud to offer free tickets to all Veterans and active military personnel for this Saturday's November 12th game in honor of Veterans Day. The Admirals will be battling their Amtrak Rivals, the Chicago Wolves, at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center. The game was originally scheduled for 1:30 pm, but due to the NBA Lockout the evening slot became available.
"It is an honor to present our annual Veterans Appreciation Night," said Greenberg. "This is just a small token of our appreciation for the sacrifices and dedication that these men and women have displayed."
In order to receive their ticket, veterans should bring their military ID, American Legion or VFW Card, or a copy of the DD214 form to the Admirals office during regular business hours or to the Bradley Center Box office prior to the game. There is a limit of one ticket per veteran. This is the seventh consecutive season that the Admirals have made the offer in conjunction with Veterans Day.
The Admirals are also proudly teaming up with Operation Write Home. Operation Write Home is an organization that sends blank, home-made cards to our fighting forces overseas that they can then send back home to their loved ones.
