B-Sens Reassign Forward Corey Cowick to Elmira

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have reassigned forward Corey Cowick to the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

Cowick, 22, has recorded five goals and six assists for 11 points in 50 games with the B-Sens this season.

The 6-3, 208-pound forward has also appeared in 18 games for the Jackals this season posting eight points (four goals, four assists) and 14 penalty minutes.

A native of Gloucester, Ont., Cowick was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in the sixth round (160th overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

The B-Sens return to action tomorrow as they travel to Rochester to take on the Amerks at 7:35 p.m. Fans can tune into the action live on "Binghamton's Classic Hits" BIG 107.5 (WBBI-FM) beginning 30 minutes before game time as Grady Whittenburg, the voice of the B-Sens, hosts the Countdown to Faceoff.
