Avengers 2007 single-game tickets on sale January 20

LOS ANGELES -- Single-game tickets to each of the eight regular-season home games that the Los Angeles Avengers will play in 2007 are set to go on sale on Saturday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m.
Ticket prices range from $10 to $69.50 and can be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets, ticketmaster.com and the STAPLES Center box office.
The Avengers will open their eighth season of play in the 21-year-old Arena Football League on Sunday, March 4, against the San Jose SaberCats at STAPLES Center. The game features the past two Western Division champions (Los Angeles in 2005 and San Jose in 2006). Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
In addition to the season opener versus the SaberCats, the Avengers also will host seven other teams at STAPLES Center, as the Arizona Rattlers (April 6), Grand Rapids Rampage (April 28), Tampa Bay Storm (May 12), Georgia Force (May 19), Chicago Rush (June 2), Las Vegas Gladiators (June 17) and Utah Blaze (June 23) come to Los Angeles.
Avenger season tickets, which include all eight regular-season games and a playoff contest, are on sale now at 1-888-AVENGERS or www.laavengers.com.
