Austin, TX Austin Bold FC secured their first victory of the 2021 USL Championship season with a 2-0 win over Real Monarchs in front of The Bold Familia at Bold Stadium. Ugo Okoli scored his first goal for The Bold by converting a penalty giving Austin a 1-0 lead heading into halftime. After creating multiple chances throughout the second half, Jorge Troncoso tapped in a Nick Hinds cross deep into stoppage time to double the lead and end the night 2-0.
