Attacking Midfielder Tunde Akinlosotu Signs with Central Vally Fuego FC

Fresno, Calif. - Central Valley Fuego FC announced on Monday it had signed attacking midfielder Tunde Akinlosotu as the club continues to build its roster for its inaugural 2022 USL League One season. The signing is pending league and federation approval.

A Bowie, Md. native, Akinlosotu joins Fuego FC after previously competing for Maryland Bobcats FC of NISA tallying 10 appearances, one goal and three assists. He also competed a season with League One side Tormenta FC. He spent a season with The Villages SC of USL League Two and FC Baltimore Christos in the NPSL. Collegiately, Akinlosotu spent four seasons with George Mason University recording 34 appearances, 11 assists, 13 goals and captained his final season.

"I am blessed to be able to represent Fuego FC this upcoming season," shared Akinlosotu. "Last season I was a part of a new organization, and it was an experience of a lifetime. The journey will have ups and downs, but ultimately it will gift all of us numerous moments to cherish together."
