OWEN SOUND, ON - The Owen Sound Attack have announced several contract renewals and changes to the club's Hockey Operations staff ahead of the 2026-27 Ontario Hockey League season.

The Attack are pleased to announce contract extensions for Head Athletic Therapist, Andy Brown, and Head Equipment Manager, Trevor Castonguay, both of whom will continue to play key roles in supporting the club's players and Hockey Operations department.

Andy Playter will take on a new title as Director of Performance and Player Wellness. In his expanded role, Playter will continue to oversee players' strength and conditioning needs while taking on an increased role in nutrition and habits that affect players' performance and the overall well-being of Attack players.

Ryan Manley will see his role grow within the organization as the club's newly appointed Team Services Liaison. Manley will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the hockey operations department and will act as a liaison among the hockey operations department, the league, and the business operations department.

"We're excited to have Andy, Trevor, Andy and Ryan continuing with the Attack in these expanded and evolving roles," said Tyler Nother, President and General Manager of the Owen Sound Attack. "Each of them brings valuable experience, dedication and professionalism to our organization, and their contributions are an important part of creating a strong environment for our players both on and off the ice."

The Owen Sound Attack have also announced that the organization has parted ways with Goaltending Coach Brad Fogal and is in the process of filling this role before the season starts.

"We would like to thank Brad for his contributions to the Owen Sound Attack and wish him all the best in his future endeavours," added Nother.

Further information regarding the Attack's Hockey Operations staff, including the team's Scouting Staff, Skating Coach, Skills Coach, Goaltending Coach, and Analytics Department, will be announced in the near future.

The Attack will open their 2026 Development Camp on Saturday, with Training Camp set to open for Monday, both at the Bayshore. Single game tickets are on sale now for all pre-season and regular season games and can be purchased at the MacVicar & McComb Sutton Realty Attack box office or online at tickets.attackhockey.com.
